Investors will have access to the bespoke opportunities via the Keyvest Capital Mortgage Fund.  The terms of each opportunity are specific to the relevant transaction and the ability to participate at various levels in the capital stack, typically First Registered Mortgage Loans but also second ranking Mezzanine Finance and Preferred Equity positions.
