The Fund will acquire each Property asset independently via a wholly owned sub-trust of the proposed Head Trust. Post settlement the Manager (Vesta) will perform asset management, administration, accounting and compliance services on behalf of the investors to ensure continuity of the strong returns whilst also assessing all options to add additional value to each of the asset.
